Sansei tiles are 1/4" thick, environmentally friendly
and non-toxic (except for clear matte
& some
Medium Fire glazes). We recommend our low fire tiles for
non-traffic area wall use only. Medium fire
tiles are for heavier traffic
wall areas and may be use outdoors but is not recommended or guaranteed.
All tiles are
custom made to order after payment has been received,
we do not carry an inventory. There
are
no refunds,
returns
or exchanges. Please allow 4-6 weeks (murals 8-10 weeks) for your order to
be filled
and delivered, this allows for drying and double firing time.
Due to the nature of handmade, hand glazed
tiles, no two tiles are
exactly alike. Please make note that
variations will occur in glaze color, size and de-
sign.
It is inherent that some handmade tiles may incur imperfections which
include crazing, hairline cracks
and/or warping.
Please allow 4-6 weeks delivery (murals 8-10 weeks).
Customization is
available. We can create tiles with
your own design, colors and dimensions.
